No real idea. But frankinsince is very high in Monoterpine hydrocarbons. They move fluids and several have been studied (can find on pubmed) for helping cells present correctly. I think your not getting responded to because, what's the liklyness someone has experience with that. Just a thought to run by her doc. At high altitude's Monoterpine Hydrocarbons have been being used since before drugs. So since Frankinsince is highest in them, and it is what we used in Bolivia at 13,000 ft with success for altitude sickness where they perscribe blood thinners, it seems like a good direction. Most citrus are allso high in Monoterpine hydrocarbons. Like lemon, wild Orange, so maybe citrus in the water could also be assistave. The other thing to hat was huge for us at that altitude was mito2max with assists in getting Origen to the mitochondria. Those are the things Id run by the doc.
Also Im not sure where your finding a warning on cypress in pregnacy but I know that there are no essential oil studies carried out in pregnate woman only rats & mice so the warnings are pritty moot since she is not a rat or mouse. There are oils that are not as safe as other. Dr hill has said doterra does not Carrie thouse. For instance I was very surprised DoTerra would carry a Thuja essential oil, the new Arborvitae, but then they told us it has no thujone in it. How cool is that they found a very safe one. A sugestion is Stephanie Frizts book on pregnacy- get a highlighter & tabs. Wonderful reference and you might find an answer in there too. Hope the direction was helpful.
