A friend of mine has been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis (DVT), she is also four months pregnant. Doctors have prescribed Enoxaparin sodium, which is a low level blood thinner that she has to inject into the abdomen herself twice a day. She wants to try a more natural solution, of course, with the cooperation of her physician. I have seen that starting the LLV will help a lot. Also I've seen that clove and Cypress are good for blood clots. Both of these say to be cautious while pregnant, so I am reluctant to recommend those to her. Has anyone had experience with this situation? What oils should be used?
