Hi,
I would probably run a diffuser in his room every night on a timer set to run overnight. Breathe, eucalyptus, lemon, peppermint or any other oils indicated in the guides would be good.
Also I would apply oils - diluted - to his chest and back with the last oil being peppermint that can drive the oils it's layered over deeper into the system.
Would also apply diluted On Guard to bottoms of feet and between toes at night and during the day covered with socks as the weather gets cooler.
Finally In addition to the supplements, I would get a burst of nutrients in him with green smoothies gradually increasing the greens over time.
