What to use can be simple as Zendocrine & Purify topically with Balance on feet.  Or more involved depending on the person and what there system already had going on or how it is reacting.  Of course drinking the proper about of water and eating a healthy diet with raw foods in it is important.  Also staying away from inflammatory junk foods like sugar & high processed is wise.
