Leslie,

If you are open to muscle testing I would be happy to test and see which oils would help your dogs. I would think that either Balance and serenity or balance and bergamot would be helpful, but we should test for sure. Poor things! If they are puppies, we have to be very careful with the dosing. 1-2 drops is a lot for little dogs.
Because I am an Emotional Release practitioner I work with a lot of people who have PTSD, My daughter was abused and had it very severe! I would strongly recommend some release work as well. This saved my daughter! I have worked on dogs and horses also. PTSD is the same for humans and dogs. I strong believe it would help them. If you live in utah county, you could bring them over. If not, I can do it remotely with your permission. I do it all the time.
Email me at doterramother@gmail.com and I will give you more information.
I have seen this help people AND animals. Its amazing work and it really helps those who have trauma whether they are people or animals.
Let me know if I can help
Janet

Hello-I am praying there are some proven protocols for PTSD.My 2 beloved little dogs were tortured and abused as puppies by the family in whose home they were bred and born. The one whose back they broke and who they 'reprimanded' by squirting water in her face until she nearly drowned has 'flashbacks' similar to those soldiers have when they return from the horrors of war. When she has a flashback she cannot hear or see me - she behaves as though she is being killed and as if she is terrified and fighting for her life. She is so overwhelmed with terror she goes into seizures.Just giving her a bath is beyond imagination for her. We've had her completely evaluated medically including by Neurologists. MRI was unremarkable so it goes back to PTSDSurely there must be an oils protocol for humans with PTSD that has helped.I'm praying someone will know. This little dog is naturally THE SWEETEST, most joyful dog I've ever known. It's wrong for her life to be so devastated by the kind of abuse she endured before she came to me.Thank you in advance for any ideas and help.Leslie Bean"The purpose of life is to find your gift.....the meaning of life is to give it away."
