I just finished experimenting with taking my vitamins during the day instead of before bed... I kept napping!! And I'm sad because I ran out of Mito2Max yesterday and won't get more until tomorrow. I foresee a nap today... yawn. :P

I am so excited to start these when my shipment comes today!  My question is this… I typically take my vitamins in the morning after breakfast and again in the evening anywhere from after dinner to bedtime.  Does the M2M give you a sudden energy boost after you take them or give you sustained energy?  I am hoping if I take them close to bedtime that they won't keep me up.  Does that make sense?
