I had very bad knee pain for years. Twice a day: I used DB Roll on around the knee cap, and one swipe behind the knee. Then 1 drop of Wintergreen, and 1 drop of Eucalyptus. Did this consistently for for about 5-6 days. Just kept applying until I had no pain in knees. Went 3 weeks with no pain. When I felt the pain beginning to start up again, I repeated the above for maybe 2 days, and pain gone for 3 months. Started to feel the pain coming back and did same protocol. It has now been 6 months, NO Pain. If it comes back again I will just repeat protocol. Just listen to your body, and layer when the pain comes back.

I am having some knee pain at times. My chiropractor is saying it's my thigh muscle, but I'm thinking it could be scar tissue inside my knee. I had stitches many years ago just where a person bends their knee and the dr. left the drain in my knee for a couple days. After taking the drain out he didn't stitch that hole back up so it's a scar and I have a scar where the stitches were across my lower knee. When it gets cold I feel it the worse and it's not that cold yet. What oils would you suggest? I have been using deep blue rub mostly. This is the first year it's hurt this bad before it got so cold in the winter time. Thanks in advance.
