Please call and email doTerra, requesting that a better system gets set up for those of us who had unfortunate circumstances happen and cannot now attend. At the very least, it would be nice to be able to somehow transfer the funds we paid to allow us to view the recorded feed, which is now available and costs much less. We could buy 2 feeds and gift or sell to one to others on our team, which would help make up for some of our loss, and there would still be money left over to offset the convention gifts they already invested in. We shouldn't have to sell our tickets and lose money; there must be a better way. DoTerra is the best company ever and our board is awesome; I believe they will be sympathetic and find a way to help us out if enough of us make our needs known.
