[Everything doTERRA] Re: Concussion

One more idea for you.
There are many things that cause headaches and even migranes. Knowing that this occurred after a bad concussion effects the oils wanted.
My favorite fir concussions is frankinsince & helichrysum. Topically on head where it hurts. Base if head, behind ears on mastoid bones and temples are common places. They can also be applied to the roof of the mouth.

Pachouli help organs heal and is recommended by Dr Hill for MS where we do find brain lesions. My preference is InTune and I've used this personally with a head wound at the base of the head.

Dr Sue has a great concussion blend in her kit... I think it's listed in her book. She has both a roller bottle and a spritz. We have used both to great effect.
The other idea is Balance helps us stay in a healing state. LLV to give the body what it needs to make the repairs. - I'd be eatting healthy fats like avocado's & fresh fish too.

There is also a favorite pain pill that has gotten me through a busy few days if work after a concussion.
Pain pill

2 pills each

3d Marjorium
3d Lemon
3d Vettiver

3d-6d Coriander in one pill for extra strength. Note/ said to stupy if too high. Yes I've seen the loopy effects of too much coriander.

Good luck. I've found I heal best when I'm optimistic when I visualize me a healthy and pain free. One last idea. Immortale is beautiful for inspiring the body to heal scars, I use this morning & night at the base if my head. Its free with all 200PV orders this month of Sept. I don't know if its nessisary here but thought Id through it out there. Frank is a fav for bringing down inflammation for me. I use under my toung as well as base if head & topically where needed. I also like AromaTouch on fingertips massaged into scalp- I would incurrage him do it as I'm sure his scalp is still tender and he knows how hard to push. It's very oxiigenating. So if that is a disire, if he is yawning & does not feel like he's getting enough oxygen to his brain that can be helpful. DeepBlue or PastTense can help with the pain.

A slew if ideas for you. :)
