[Everything doTERRA] Is there a Doterra Product Support phone number?

I want to use Basil and Fennel to increase milk production on my does (topically)  I've read that they are carinogenic.  Not sure if this is accurate or not, and I was wondering if you all know about this?  Also, does anyone know if there is a Product Support phone number for Doterra?
