I would use Lavender and OnGuard, just one drop of each in coconut oil or lotion, and alternate with Breathe and Lavender

My daughter has an aversion to the oils related to times she has been sick. So I've been incorporating them into her nightly back rub. Which is so exciting! Daily oils on her without a fight! But it's only about 90 seconds so I can't do a full aromatouch technique or anything.
She's 3.5 years old and her only sickness have been lung related...bronchitis, RSV, etc. as a daily preventative measure which oil would you use each night? I can maybe get two on her each night.
I'd like to rotate each night.
Maybe I'm overthinking it all but what would your schedule look like?
