[Everything doTERRA] LLV return information

I hope all are well. I thought I would share in case there are others that will be suprised as I were when I spoke to a rep at doTerra. She stated that if a person is not satisfied or they didn't see any results from using the LLV. It can be returned back to the company: for a full refund if the bottle is not opened and a partial (maybe 80%) refund if it is opened. I was surprised because I have heard so many wellness advocates stated that you get a full refund even if the bottle is opened and finished. I have copied and pasted the information that was attached to my recent order below. I am not looking forward to returning the LLV product but, it is good to know the return policy in case. Also, she stated that this the return policy on all their oils as well. I hope this information shed some light on anyone whom thought or stated different from the information below that was emailed to me with my order. Thank you all and have a great day!
