Take the Terrazyme every day and with the bad times I use Chiro-Klenz tea. Sometime the enzymes and DigestZen is just not enough. I have never used laxatives but have other issues. The GX assist causes constipation for me.

I have had years of offf and on constipation necessitating impaction removal. I recently started GX assist right during a constipation cycle and it cleared things up right away.
