I loose oils all the time in my sample case & teaching case but only with altitude changes. I tighten prior to a flight & retighten after. My bags in my purse dont loose oils as I use them all the time & am contantly tightening them. No it it not an issue we have seen with the standard bottles. When you look at physics it makes sence there is so little head space in sample bottles that they can't take the presure so the pressure unscrews the bottle. The lids are not the same quality as our 5 & 15 mil bottles. They are worth using in the right circumstances.
