[Everything doTERRA] Swollen left hand of a 10 years old boy

Hi there, 

I am concerned about a swollen left hand of my son. It started somehow in June 2013. Suddenly he had this swollen had. We went to a walk-in-clinic and the doctor said it is an allergic reaction. He had a allergic reaction to a mosquito bite above his eye which caused swelling of his forehead and eye. The doctor prescribed antibiotics and said if I don't give it to him it might impact his brain and might cause death. The nature path found this ridiculous. I didn't gave my son antibiotics. He got high dosage on Vitamin C, and Oil of Oregano and Frankincense topically and internally. He eye went down to normal pretty fast but not reaction on the hand. 

We went to do acupuncture, and my son got Chinese medicine in addition, it went down just a little. Not much! 

To be specific, this hand feels much colder than the other. If squeezed it feels like liquid is pumping. He doesn't have pain in it. 

So far he has been refusing further EO, even AtoZ. Today he is not feeling well, stomach flu, but asked for EO, Peppermint beadlets. :-)

It is disheartening as it has been 8 months so far, and no change. He doesn't like it, of course not, and everyone is commenting on this. 

Do you have any advice?
