[Everything doTERRA] Re: Which oil should I use for cold feet?

I have been using a blend I found in the Living Healthy and Happily Ever after book. I love it and works great:
Directions:
Blend 1 Tablespoon of Coconut oil with 2 drops of black pepper and 1 drop of Thyme. I put in a roller bottle and double the recipe that way I have it on hand anytime I need it. I love this recipe. I have tried other things and this is what works for me.

I always have cold feet. And I think this may be due to my circulation.
My question is has anyone here experience with the oil?
And what would I have to do?

thanks !
