I tell people if you are not a devoted and strong vegetarian, then the gel caps are way better for the sheer fact that they don't break down as fast, your oils last longer in them, and they are not as brittle. That is just a fact. So I am glad we now have vegan stuff, but that is the reason the company has a hard time transferring our products into vegan, which they have now done. It is much more difficult to get the vitamins and such into a capsule that is not brittle and breaks down quickly. It is a great challenge they face. So, on the day to day scope of things, if you are using veggie caps, you are going to have the issue of the fact that they break down MUCH quicker, don't last as long, and are much more brittle. So, if you are vegan, work with it, and if not, you might want to use gel caps. Either way, you will love your oils!!
