Out of desperation before going back to Kaiser to get some trazadone, I tried clary sage internally. I had tried all the others lavender/serenity/balance but it didn;t really work--used them topically. But the clary sage internally seemed to help a little. I did about 10 drops before bed and then another 10 drops when I woke up in the middle of the night.

Which oil do you think is best for sleep in a 9 year old. She has a hard time falling asleep at a decent hour. We currently use melatonin but would like to replace with an oil. Serenity or Lavendar, which would be better?
