[Everything doTERRA] Re: Sleep Oil

I went to a class in early December 2013 and there was a Dr. from Australia and he was talking about sleeping issues. He mentioned both Serenity and Lavender.  The difference with the sleep was staying asleep.  He recommended Balance first 1/2 hr before going to bed.  Balance will allow your body to relax. Next was Lavender to get you in the sleep mode. But he mentioned if you want to stay in that sleep mode, is to use Clary Sage.

I, myself have used Lavender, Serenty and Vetiver.  All the oils allowed me to sleep, but not that deep, deep sleep.  I tried the Clary Sage that night and WOW! I slept solid w/o using any of the other oils.

Which oil do you think is best for sleep in a 9 year old. She has a hard time falling asleep at a decent hour. We currently use melatonin but would like to replace with an oil. Serenity or Lavendar, which would be better?
