Keep using the Frankincense and in my opinion I would rub Lemon and Myrrh on the esophagus region as often as necessary.
Use the oil with love and pure intent to ease her pain.On Sun, Jan 26, 2014 at 11:47 PM, Tracy <tracesheets@gmail.com> wrote:
My mother had lung cancer that has metastasized leading to her having a tumor around the area where her esophagus and stomach meet. This makes it hard for her to swallow anything. They put stint in the esophagus to help but now the problem is she has a lot of phlegm (actually started 2 weeks before the stint, it's just worse now) which causes a couple of problems. She coughs a lot which causes more pain in the same area where she has pain from the tumor and she can't keep any food or drink in her stomach. The Dr's have checked her out very thoroughly and she doesn't have a cold or any sinus drainage or anything that would be causing the phlegm. She has become so dehydrated that she had had to have IV fluids.
She is not doing treatments for the cancer so we know we don't she is terminal but we want her quality of life to be good as long as possible.
I've tried digest zen with ginger, digest zen with breathe (for the cough), eucalyptus, peppermint, and melaleuca. She already used Frankincense typically in the same area for pain management. The first two blends helped the most but now do not help. I should add that she is not nauseous, she just can't keep anything down and all the docs say is because of all the phlegm in her stomach. They don't have a solution either. Everything has to be a topical application or inhaled.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for the length.
