Thank you so much for the advice. I know she knows safety and thought On guard was safe for her to use since she had been using it for 2 years now. Very strange what happen to her. When this happens I would recommend that she swallow a little regular coconut oil or olive oil as it will dilute the oil she took. Swallowing water will only make it worse as it will drive the oil in deeper since oil and water don't mix. If she doesn't have coconut/olive oil milk may help but not sure. I would recommend she get the on guard beadlets or on guard + capsules so this doesn't happen again. I had someone call me in a panic since they heard on Dr. Oz's show that you can take oregano internally. She went to the health food store and got a bottle of some oregano and took about 10 drops and a big glass of water. I has her swallow some olive oil and she said it helps but went to see the doctor and I never heard from her again. I like to give every new IPC a safety guidelines sheet so they have more info. On a side note, I have to drink slim and sassy oil with a metal straw. It burns my lips so badly if I don't. With a straw though it is great!

Here is what she said:Tonight I kind of missed the tongue and it went in my throat which I've done purposely in the past with no reaction. Tonight it immediately burned intensely and choked me...like I was having an anaphylactic reaction with my tonsils or throat closing up. I thought I had accidentally drank deep blue or something and checked the bottle. It's let up a bit but feels like I have a sore throat (I didn't) like razors. Have you heard of this? It's so odd, but so intense I thought I would pass it on. Oh and it made my ears do a big pop too. Still has sore throat now bits very scratchy and hoarse she thinks the skin in there is burned cause it's kind of numb when she eats. She said she is definitely not sick (though doesn't mean I wasn't headed that way) and now she is totally afraid of on guard😔Can anyone advise me on why this might be happening to her. Any advice will be helpful - she is a big doterra "user" and loves it.--
