Just thought I would chime in here. When I saw the 8 to 10 drops coriander on here I had to post. I was speaking directly with Dr. Hill about diabetes and some friends, and he said 5 drops cinnamon, 3 coriander, and 3 grapefruit in a capsule. Now, I messed up and got that backwards, 5 drops coriander, 3 cinnamon...................................Dr. Hill said, "OH, that is too much coriander. I would not do 5 drops." So I would reevaluate the coriander amount. After talking and attending Dr. Hills diabetic workshop I would have them drink slim and sassy in their water, and take the 5 cinnamon, 3 grapefruit, and 3 coriander in a capsule once or twice a day, depending on their blood levels. Never trust how they feel. Go with their numbers!

He has been taking the basil and coriander with 2 drops of the onguard as a booster each morning. He is also applying the lavender and balance as suggested. He just emailed me saying he has not had much luck with this protocol and asked if i would get some feedback and/or suggestions from doTerra world. I did explain to him that he should be taking at least 8 to 10 drops of the coriander and basil (he started at 3 and went up to 5 drops in capsule), so i am hoping that if he ups it up to what is recommended, it should make a difference. Also, I found out that he is trying the oils in addition to his medication for diabetes. Should it be done this way or she he take in place of diabetic rx meds? He has also added slim and sassy to the protocol since he found a blog that said to take slim and sassy with basil. I did also suggest the Terrazym and LLV. However, he wants to see some constant results with the oils first, before he starts adding anything else or changing his lifestyle (he is aware of diet and excercise. Please help us!!! We are both determined to succeed with doTerra oils. He is my first that has not had success using doTerra. I have attached an excel document he sent that was keeping track of what he was doing--protocols and chart of glucose levels. Please reply....p.s. Pat, I have read you are not big on giving samples, but since this is family, I dont have a problem refilling and/or trying various oils until we find his protocol. Once done he will be signing up and purchasing.
