[Everything doTERRA] DoTERRA oil that works like Ocotea?

I am trying to help a friend make a lotion for diabetes and we carry all the oils except for one... Ocotea ..I don't know what this is but I know it I supposed to help with the blood sugar.
Can anyone tell me an oil or oils that would be able to replace Ocotea?
