-- I am pregnant with my first child at 39 and my family on all sides has history of diabetes so had been a little worried. I have been taking coriander everyday as prescribed by you wonderful souls here.
At 32 weeks when I went for my 3 month average check up - ALL CLEAR! Yay ! I think it is a miracle.
The question - I plan to have a natural birth through hypnobirthing practices. I have a diffuser but find that after a while the smell dissipates/changes. Any recommendations on which diffuser I can use while in labour?
