[Everything doTERRA] Re: Breastfeeding Mamas:: DigestZen and Zendocrine usage effects on supply

Peppermint has been known to reduce the milk supply.  To counterbalance/increase milk supply try:   Add 15 drops of Fennel or Geranium or 10 drops of Clary Sage to 2 tablespoons of carrier oil.  Topically apply to breasts and surrounding areas once a day.  Drink lots of water, relax, and be patient. Caution that Fennel should only be used for no more than 10 days

Hope this helps

I'm curious what effects the DigestZen, Zendocrie and Assist products have on breastfeeding and milk supply. Many have Peppermint in them, which does reduce supply.
