[Everything doTERRA] Re: I have a 1 year old who is suffering from Allergies.

I only have a larger size veggie capsule and it was difficult for my 4.5 yr old to swallow. We did the Lavender, Peppermint, and Lemon mix on the bottom of her feet and she saw relief from her allergies. You can also put it into honey and have them ingest it that way.
