[Everything doTERRA] Megacolon

I have a friend whose 4 year old son has been diagnosed with "megacolon".  He has to take Miralax every day in order to be able to move his bowels.  Otherwise it builds up and he's unable to pass anything.  I'm wondering what oils and other doTERRA products she could try for him.  DigestZen?
