That is absolutely appropriate in an acute situation....sprain, stomach virus, wake up with sore neck , flu etc. Chronic conditions require less frequent applications. Who in reality can stop every 10 minutes and apply oils.? Those in acute situations would be equipped to do that. We recommend every 15-30 minutes whenl something coming ion
