I found the taste of Slim and Sassy so strong, it turned my stomach over.  It was torture to finish the rest of the water in the bottle!  I tried putting it into a capsule and then learned that if you don't drink a full glass of water, the capsule opens somewhere in the middle of your chest and that is an interesting experience!  My favorite way to ingest the S&S is to drop 3-4 drops under my tongue, wait 5-10 seconds and then wash it down with fresh water.  The after taste isn't as strong and I still get reduced cravings.  HTH.
