My sister gets bad heart burn when she takes S n S. I also heard from another friend he gets the burning. He knows he has erosive esophagitis and even the pills feel like they get caught and burn inside.
For the burning in your esopphagus, use Frankinscence on the outside of your chest. Works wonders!

Interesting, I was just researching this. I am on Slim & Sassy which gives me heart burn but also grapefruit oil is detrimental when taken with some of my meds. When I goggled the subject, the competing company (YL) states on their site that grapefruit oil is ok when used topically. So the oil will go on my tummy, thighs, and feet. By the way, it stops ALL my cravings and I love the drinks.
