My man is the same way. He has had fewer angry outbursts since I started diffusing elevation and using Dr. Sue's laundry trick (listen to the Elevation .mp3 download). Also we both sleep better diffusing a variety of concoctions. He complains about hoe much electricity the diffusers use, I ignore him.

Goggle doTerra Mood Matrix, you will find a lot of great information. Balance and Serenity have been nick-named liquid Xanax. Hubby suffers from depression, etc. from Chronic Fatigue, he thinks that doTerra is snake oil because I have made him try so many things over the years. I diffuse Balance and Serenity in our bedroom at night, saying that it is for me. It does help him, but he would deny it if he knew :)
