Interesting, I was just researching this. I am on Slim & Sassy which gives me heart burn but also grapefruit oil is detrimental when taken with some of my meds. When I goggled the subject, the competing company (YL) states on their site that grapefruit oil is ok when used topically. So the oil will go on my tummy, thighs, and feet. By the way, it stops ALL my cravings and I love the drinks.
