I've got a lady who was about to sign up as an IPC, and then her father had a bad fall and ended up with facial and neck fractures. She is now focused on him, and I want to put together some oils for her to purchase from me that she can use to help him heal. He has the broken bones, but also isn't sleeping or eating well. I don't want this to be too complicated for her since she is brand new to using oils Here are my ideas, please help me with your own suggestions!
For pain/physical healing, applied topically, possibly in a base of coconut oil (not sure where all on the face he has fractures):
Deep blue,
birch,
blend of lavender/lemongrass/cypress (can i do this? will it change the oils' properties significantly? i want to give her as few separate oils as possible)
For emotional healing/sleep, rubbed on his feet or chest, and/or diffused (if they allow a diffuser in the ICU - I will lend her one of mine):
balance
serenity
frankincense
What do you think? 6 oils still seems like a lot, so I want to have really clear instructions!
Thanks for the help,
Cara
