I too work with folks who are not in my direct line, I know what it is like to have your direct up line so far away and not working with you. I hope to pay it forward so that those who follow me ARE trained and coached and educated in the correct manner. yes this is the "culture" of doTERRA. I hope that what follows is even better than what was past.

I thought that was good and am going to apply it to myself and my Team...I am working with a Deaf Lady in St George area (a town in Nevada but close to St George) who is a Business Builder. She is NOT on my team and I am taking her under my wings and train her and help her grow...

This is what doTERRA is all about and I can honestly say that I am proud to be doing it "The doTERRA Culture"
