[Everything doTERRA] Re: Blood cloth in placenta: which oils and where to apply?

If it were me I would use Frankincense and/or Helichrysum on my abdomen over the placenta. It's perfectly safe to use during pregnancy. I'm not sure why I would use Frankincense other than it seems to be a really good oil for cellar issues.

If she can stomach it I would also take the LLV pack.

I still need to look into this a little more but I would be careful with using Fennel as it might cause uterine contractions (I am prone to miscarriages so I am always very cautious when an oil or herb is thought to cause this, no matter how pure it is.)

If I were to use clove or thyme I would use them on my feet, around the ankles in particular as these are the reflex points for the reproductive system. I would do this mostly because of smell. If your friend can't handle the smell of the oils I highly recommend she have someone else apply them for her and then immediately cover up her feet or abdomen.

If she feels uncomfortable using the oils on her abdomen than her feet will be perfectly safe to use them on.

So, if this were me in this situation I would start with the LLV pack and the Frankincense and Helichrysum. One to two drops twice a day. I would also go ahead with the clove either on my feet or abdomen (depending on if I could handle the smell or not :) ) Be sure to dilute the clove has it is a hot oil and can irritate the skin.

I hope they are able to break the clot up quickly and soon! Best wishes to her.

P.S. I used most of these oils through out my last pregnancy so even if the Frankincense isn't the right one for a blood clot it does provide other benefits worth using it for such as peace of mind and clarity in anxious situations such as this. I also feel it really helped with baby's immune system.

I was asked for help, and I want to make sure to give the best suggestion possible. This person is pregnant and has a blood clot in her placenta which is stopping her from producing fluid for the baby. She would like to know what oils to use.
This is a very delicate matter, and while I know that clove, fennel and thyme are the oils that are suggested for blood clots, I would like to know if any of you has had any experience with this specific situation.
Would it be appropriate to apply clove or thyme on the belly or better under the feet?

Thank you,
