Last night when my husband and I came home from our Friday night date, my daughter who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, was complaining of feeling scared about the thoughts she was having. I have no frame of reference for her bizarre thoughts and feelings which has been frustrating to say the least. I suggested frankincense first. She immediately took two drops under her tongue. She sat down at the kitchen table and I put frankincense on her toes, back of her neck and along her spine. The Modern Essentials book suggests Balance for brain integration so I put that on her spine, back of neck and behind the ears and along the jaw line, because she was complaining of feeling like she was "crossed". I also applied Balance and frankincense on her temples and middle of her forehead between her eyebrows. Then I put sandalwood on her spine and back of her neck and on her hands to inhale. She kept her hands to her nose for several minutes. While she was doing that, I applied peppermint to her spine, to drive them all in.In a few minutes she stood up and said, "oh that feels better!"I gave her a hug and said, "No PRN?"She smiled and said, "No PRN!" then went off to bed and slept through the night! Thanks to DoTerra, I have my daughter back!!!Nancy Farmer
