Dear Luci,

I would like to offer some assistance with the emotional piece. You are supporting your physical body beautifully and Pat has given you the BOMB recipe which will help even more.

I would like to suggest you use YlangYlang.
This is the Oil of the Inner Child. It is a powerful remedy for the heart. I believe your inner child is feeling the trauma of possibly saying goodbye to your Grandfather. You probably want to scream at not being able to see him (loss of your voice).  This oil helps with emotional healing and nurtures the heart in the process. And then you will release the cold and get your "voice" back.

Rub YlangYlang over your heart and behind your ears - along the mastoid bone. And bottoms of your feet. Use it every 15 minutes for 3-4 times then several times a day.

I am holding you and your grandparents in so much Light,
Lynda

    Hi,

A few days ago, I woke up with a sore throat and so I started using OnGuard
immediately. The next day, my throat was worse so I went to
everythingessentials.me and started gargling with Oregano and Lemon. I must
have done this 3-4 times and then I switched to gargling Lemon and OnGuard
because I was still in a lot of pain and the Oregano would agitate my
mouth. I probably did this 12-15 more times. (I should mention that my
grandparents were in a car accident and my grandpa has been fighting for
his life, so I think this sickness is elevated by stress - which I am using
Serenity for). I also started rubbing lemon and Oregano on my neck and
would put a hot compress on it as long as I could stand it (usually a
couple minutes). I also applied meleleuca around my ears and frankincense
    every once in a while.
