I just wrote down your suggestions, Pat, and I'm saving that. :) In October we had a really nasty bug at our house that despite all the variations of oils I tried, we were still miserable for far too long. Usually the oils keep colds to a minimum and they pass really quickly so I was stumped (and exhausted) by this one. If we have another strong bug get through our defenses I will be trying this!
