[Everything doTERRA] Re: How to help anxiety/insomnia

Woohoo a question I can help with if only just a little bit. For the anxiety and for the sleep I love Serenity! My next order will have Chamomile because while I don't really love the tea I do love how it works. I am really excited to try the oil. It's one of the ingredients for the hibernation blend I got from Rebecca at Camp Wander. I love her blog and wish I had signed up under her.
Vetiver is another oil I use for sleep. For depression I am using Elevation right now in my brand new Whisper diffuser. This thing is awesome!
I haven't used marjoram yet but it's supposed to be good as well. I might try it in the diffuser tonight.
For a non oil related suggestion if you have a smart phone check out the apps by ambiscience. I have every one they have ever made and would NOT be without them ever.

Before that I had never experienced either. My fourth child is now 1 and things have calmed down, but I have been so traumatized by these episodes that that fear and crazy feeling during the night creeps up on me every once in a while and recently . . .too often. I rely on sleeping pills (ambien) to get me out of the crazy spiral. I would love to not have to use it though. 
I have used lavender at night with little difference at all. I mean when I get worried/anxious about sleeping sometimes ambien doesn't even work. Is there something else I can try. What else could help me stay calm and knock me out?!
