[Everything doTERRA] Onguard diffused in labor & delivery/postpartum room??

Hi! I am new to doterra and am having a baby at the end of the month. I am nervous about the germs in the hospital, so I wanted to diffuse on guard like it says to in the pregnancy book from aroma tools, but it also says to not diffuse strong scents like cinnamon in baby's room. 

Anyone have an info or experience with this? Is there a substitute oil I can use that will still be effective?
