You really need to be more ahead of it with this sweet little boy. And if it is as bad as you say and his parents don't even know about oils, here is my suggestion. 

Take them a bottle of balance to keep on the little boys feet (wouldn't hurt mom and dad either). This will help the meds get where they need to be and also keep him calm. 

Briefly explain to them about the oils and tell them it will help with emotional issues. Never give up on miracles, but you also do not want to promise them anything at this stage.

A dear friend of mine's son has brain cancer that is also on the spine.  They have been battling for over a year and just received some horrible news that they tumors on the spine have increased despite all their efforts.  I am an EO's user but they are not and I am not even sure if they would be open to it.  But I believe EO's would help their little boy.  Unfortunately I am unable to help them financially with the EO's so I feel it is hard to bring up to them about purchasing them for him.  I have read the cancer protocol and it is quite lengthy with EO's are there only a few that someone would suggest that is powerful enough on it's own?  Any advice or anyone that could help would be very appreciated!
