For vitamins that doTERRA doesn't have many people take Natures Sunshine
(if memory serves, Laura Jacobs recommends those for things doTERRA
doesn't have). For iron Colorado Biolabs has the best, Proferrin ES. The
only iron I've ever taken that I didn't have horrible side effects. I
was able to go off of it after LLV.
