Find out what the state rules are as to why they cannot use the diffusers. Here are some suggestions:
1. I did a fundraiser/information session for my daughter's preschool and allowed the teachers to use a diffuser for the week.
2. A business partner of mine spritzers her children's shirts with OnGuard so they are protected when they are incontact with other children. They can breathe in the oils and it doesn't stain clothes. Others will smell it and ask what's up.
3. Another idea is to use an aromatic pendant sold through aromatools.com. on your child.
