What are the meds? If it is a statin the grapefruit doesn't interact.
For hypo I've taken synthroid and armour and had no reaction to the
grapefruit oil. (My thyroid is sensitive. I got a batch of synthroid
that they 'forgot' to put the active ingredient in it and it enlarges so
I have trouble swallowing when there is a significant reduction).
