Along w/using it daily to combat the wrinkle in my forehead&a few around my eye. I also use it arond my eyes for vision/cateracts. I love it when I have a blemish, burn or boo boo that needs quick healing, AND I looooove using it @night before bed, I apply it over my heart &just a dab underneath my nose b/c I love the smell so much:)
