[Everything doTERRA] vaginal bleeding

I just started bleeding vaginal again. I had been bleeding straight for 8 months then stopped for 2
I just started again. Any suggestions on what I can do to get it to stop?
I am also going in for a hysterectomy on the 19th what oils can I use after to prevent infection
and speed up healing?
