[Everything doTERRA] Re: Teenage boy going through puberty

May be completely different, but my son also was angry for several years - junior and senior years of high school. I should have realized that anger can be a manifestation of depression (I have dealt with my own depression).  Some meds and counseling have made a world of difference!  Try talking to your son and ask what he's feeling.  My son doesn't talk/express things so we just let it go, figuring it was just teenage crap.  But I so wish I had forced him to tell me why he was acting that way!!  Age 12 should be easier to communicate with than 15 anyway, I strongly recommend it.  Maybe even some family counseling, lots of times kids will talk to an outsider but not their family.

My friend has a son that is twelve and going through all of the craziness of puberty. Her main concern however, is that he is so angry and have become angry towards his siblings. It would make sense that with the increase in testosterone that he would be more aggressive. I know what to do for female hormones, but am unsure what to recommend for her son. Any suggestions?
