I used it when I had a bad chest cold. Put a drop in a hot cup of tea and inhaled the fumes. I drank the tea after it cooled down. Found that this helped with the tightness and weezing. Drank about 3 cups a day when needed to ease the weezing. The cold was gone 2 days later.
Rub it on my gums when they are sore or getting an abscess.
