[Everything doTERRA] Re: oil for shutting brain off

Vetiver and Serenity always help me on the nights I am having trouble as well.  I put in on the back of my neck and feet.

I just bought Vetiver...for something else...or maybe it was for this? I did the Zyto scan and Vetiver was a recommended oil...I've always had issues with calming my mind...I always said I can lay in bed and let my body rest...but the brain just can't accept the wasted time! I tried homeopathic stuff coffea cruda and it worked but not on days where i had a lot going on (more than usual)...I've been using Serenity for 2 months (lavender did nothing for me) but maybe bc i put it on the wrists it works a bit slow and I need a long time to wind down...I hope this is the trick!! Thank you...the title actually caught my attention!

I would agree with Vetiver, it always helps me turn off the 'lists' that run through my brain at night

I have also had luck with Lavender on my pillow. Clary Sage really stops my brain in its tracks though! I just got Vetiver so I am going to experiment with that soon, I'll let you know how it goes.

I have a lady that is on medication because her brain won't shut off

I think mention this.  I can't remember where I wrote it down!!!
