My experience with the oils is that our body knows what it needs if we
just listen. I figure if they don't like the smell they must not need
that one. When I first smelled elevation I honestly thought it
smelled like dirty socks. I hated it. But I got it anyway in case I
could share it with somebody. A few weeks later I had an experience
and was so upset about something that had happened. I was in my car
trying to calm down. I got out my tiny bottles of oils. I put on my
serenity which is my 'go-to' oil for everything. It wasn't helped.
Somehow I picked up the elevation and opened it. It smelled totally
different, I loved it. I put it on and it calmed me down. A few days
later I found I didn't like the smell again. So now I keep the mood
oils and sometimes smell them one by one to see which one my body
thinks it needs that day.
